Shortly after my father's passing, I needed one of his rings sized to fit my hand. Even during the busy Christmas shopping season, Robert recognized that I did not want to part with the ring and he offered to size it while I waited. A few months later, I returned to his store to purchase a wedding ring and I couldn't be happier. It's just what I wanted!

Robert helped my fiance to create a custom ring that met everything we both wanted. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about jewelry. He is also so friendly and easy to talk to when I stop by to get my ring cleaned. There are a lot of personal touches that he adds to the care of your jewelry and interactions with him that you won't find at the bigger, chain jewelry stores. I love my ring and could not imagine going anywhere else for something that means so much to us!

Robert rebuilt my great grandmother's diamond ring with great care. It is BEAUTIFUL! I would trust him for all my precious pieces! Such a nice guy!
