They cleaned our hardwood floors in our newly purchased home. The dirt their machine collected was amazing. Then they conditioned the floors, which brought out the color and added depth to their appearance. It was fantastic as was the young man (Ben) who peformed this service and who also cleaned our ductwork. I highly recommend ProSteam for your flooring and duct cleaning. We will use them again!!!
Memphis was polite and professional. He actually told me at this time my groat and tile didn’t need cleaning. I will definitely contact you when it does. I will also pass on to my friends. Thank you for being honest.
Setting up appt and getting pricing info was easy and straightforward.
The technicians were friendly and professional. Carpet stretching was very good. Carpet cleaning got the carpets pretty good. The carpets were pretty bad, so does look better. Hopefully better once they dry!
I was unaware of the $15 service fee but it was nominal.
