Care was Ok . But billing is the worst. Sent bill for care part right away and insurance paid. Then a year and 2 months later sent a bill to insurance for x rays for same visit . There is a time limited on sending bills and insurance denied. Now they want me to pay for their incompetence . This is the reason I will never use a Mercy location again. Third party billing company is the worst .

While not welcoming... professional for lab testing. Attitude adjustment seems to have happened vs other times. Stroke & kidney disease causes me to perform these lab tests & before I felt accused of doing something wrong. High blood pressure caused my condition & they added stress. Labs are only open mon-fri & better show up before 4:30 to get in (allow for Holiday hours. Otherwise, you are screwed. Drug type "Lasik" makes you urinate so... try to time correctly. Good luck & hope for understanding nurse.

My doctor always sends me here to get my blood work done. I still go here because it's quick and easy but this time I'm seriously considering switching. I have a latex allergy so before my blood work I always inform the staff that I'm allergic so they don't use a latex bandage on me. Despite my effort I always get a latex bandage put on and get a rash. Today was the final straw as this is the worse my rash has ever been and the injection site has a large tender welt which has never happened before. Don't go here unless you have no choice.
