Like most of us, I have become all too familiar with the contractors that we contact for work done in our home being unreliable; in many cases not even showing up. We sit around all day long waiting; only to realize that it's another "no show", and we have wasted another day just waiting. It's infuriating and disrespectful, and mostly unprofessional. However our experience with Lasting Impressions was just the opposite. From our very first day Becky along with her daughter arrived on time and actually listened to what we wanted. Our initial meeting ended with us being hopeful that we had finally found someone who actually cared about our needs. Becky's knowledge and experience was evident from start to finish. She was extremely resourceful; adding suggestions for things that we had never considered. The end result produced a beautiful, wheelchair accessible, kitchen. And without any complaints! Just imagine how surprising in this day and age to find a contractor who is honest and reliable! The entire experience was smooth sailing, Lasting Impressions is a company that we highly recommend! It is plain to see that customer service is very important.

My mother is recovering from a stroke. She needed renovation to her shower. Becky came out and was very patient and creative in working with us to find the best solutions. Although a more elaborate "fix" was not out of her budget, Becky saw that my mom was reluctant to spend more money on herself. Becky stayed engaged with us throughout the process and was responsive every time we had a concern or question, even coming to oversee the work and Mom's house is outside St. Louis. The finished product is perfect for Mom's needs and was completed exactly as promised. We are very pleased, and most importantly, so is Mom.
