Sept 2023- I made a horrible mistake with using this company again. I completely horrible customer service. Had I read the reviews I would have recalled my previous experience and avoided them. I hired them for a contracting job. They are attempting to charge me for products not received. A 6 week project has turned into a 4 month project with all delays due to their negligence. They have refused to provide a copy of an itemized bill. There is now an Attorney General and Better Business Bureau investigation in progress. 2022 review- The technician did not turn the water on. I called the after hours number who instructed me on how to. turn the water on. The water went everywhere. He also did not connect the pipe back. They sent the technician out the that night. He was there for a short moment and stated he fixed it. I woke up to a cabinet full of water. I still have glue around my tub from when they did a horrible job fixing my tub a few years ago. STAY away from this company. They have fraudulent practices such as misrepresentation of their prices. They will charge you for services not rendered.🤬
