This medical practice is wonderful. Our first visit was a great experience with knowledgeable professionals. From the moment we checked-in with Ellie at the front desk, the experience was welcoming, knowledgeable, proactive, and reassuring. Ellie is the friendliest front desk person I have ever encountered and made sure we had a follow-up appointment in just a few weeks, not a few months. Michelle thoroughly checked over my daughter's medical list and didn't just gloss over it, which was very much appreciated. This was our first visit to this facility and to Dr. Wilkins. I must say I am extremely impressed! I am new to the area and was looking for a new Dr. for myself and my daughter. My daughter's last Dr. was excellent also but she has aged out of her Pediatric Dr so we needed to find someone new. We didn't have any problems getting new patient appointments and was seen within a week after calling. The lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful and this also carried over to the front desk when we arrived. Dr. Wilkins answered all of my questions and my daughter's. She was patient and very pleasant and informative. She took her time, not rushing through. You can definitely tell she cares about her patients. I'm so happy we found her!

I had the best lab technician. Very nice gentleman. I am always getting blood work done and am usually left with bruises and blown veins. Today the gentleman immediately found a vein and quickly got the blood work needed. No bruising or blown veins and one stick of a needle. I am definitely going to request him more often. People like him are the reason why I am becoming a nurse. Great work and thank you!
