I rent a home where pest control is included but I still had spiders and bugs so decided to pay for my own service. I used Ken's services last year and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and the price can't be beat! I just made another appointment (1 year later) and am confident he will get rid of the incoming spiders and bugs yet again! Thank you, Ken - you rock!

We realized early this morning that we had a yellow jacket infestation in an exterior wall of our house. Ken answered the phone and a lot of my questions to confirm what we were dealing with. I had no expectation that he would be able to see us today, but he surprised me for sure when he said he would see me this afternoon.Ken showed up on time as promised and explain what he was going do and did it. We learned quite a bit from today and appreciate his prompt and professional attention to our needs today. Things I hate to do: buy cars and carpeting. Thankfully when shopping for a pest specialist you can trust, I mean really trust Ken Krepps. He owns Advanced Pest Specialist. He is the real deal. Straight forward, honest, efficient and reasonably priced.Sure, you can think I am saying this, because Ken lives in my neighborhood. But, trust me. Trust Ken.
