Your appointment time is always when you will be seen. Absolutely no waiting. The entire staff is professional and friendly. They are genuinely happy to see you and assist you with your dental concerns. All my referrals have been extremely pleased with the practice. And of course Dr. Grimaud is the reason his practice runs so smoothly and with such dedication to his clients and employees.
Dr Grimaud's practice offers all the best points for care: 1. Efficient and caring staff 2. Knowledgeable insurance interaction Dr Grimaud himself has a wonderful caring attitude. At the same time, he is a very skilled dentist, and is the primary care giver, not just a corporate entity that changes doctors every few months as so many office have evolved into. Compared to others in the STL area, he offers excellence that I'm not finding anywhere else.
Watson Pointe Dental is excellent. Since my very first visit, I have received excellent service and care. I recommend them to people all the time. Dr. Grimaud and the staff are wonderful.
