From the beginning of design to execution of the installation at our house the communications has been precise. They followed the scope, provided competent installation and service Technicians and I believe they came in under the budget I had originally estimated for our project. Aaron and each member on his team are extremely friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure the equipment is working as it should or better. We've brought in and changed a few items and they show up on time for every service call and they answer 24/7! I had a great experience with Walbrandt Technologies. They listened, recommended some components that really fit my needs, and didn't over design or recommend more than I needed. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and extremely professional. The new sound and TV system were part of a room redecorate. I am not very handy and they came on short notice and went above and beyond expectations to disconnect and reconnect the system numerous times. Without hesitation I give Walbrandt a very strong recommendation!
We used Walbrandt for Crestron blinds, Sonos sound system, TVs we installed and HVAC controls. All of the items are able to be controlled via Crestron tech and using a phone app when away from home. Walbrandt made certain everything was installed correctly and worked as we wanted. If there were needs specific to our install they worked to find a solution. Rick R. was the tech I worked the most with and he was very good at explaining what he was doing. That helped me to provide feedback as to what we needed and also in instances where something might not work as we thought it would/should. For us, it was a big expense and we are happy we used Walbrandt.
