Overnight, during this extended heat wave, our A/C stopped working. We have used Hank Vasill in the past (since he installed the unit for the previous owner) and always have been treated fairly and promptly. Today, I called at 7 in the morning and he was at our house before 10 to fix the unit. That is what I call great service! I can't recommend Vasill highly enough! We purchased a two-family building right around the corner from Vasill a little over a year ago, and we've had to make a few calls for service/repairs. (Welcome to landlord life!) Each time Hank has responded to my initial call within in a matter of hours and has made appointments with me to be on-site the following day. I also feel that he has been EXTREMELY fair on pricing for each repair. He even showed me how to clean and maintain our ac units and change filters on his first visit. Of course they are crazy busy right now as we've went from spring to summer overnight. Hank told me it would probably be a couple days before he could get out this time (understandably so), however he took time out of his schedule to triage the problem with me over the phone/text pics and walked me through how to fix the issue myself. Granted, this was a very simple fix, but I can't say enough how much I appreciate this level of customer service when I know he's busy. He could have easily had me wait for a service call and charged me to come out to fix it. Thanks, Vasill Heating and Air Conditioning! Thanks, Hank!
