I've been a patient at UMSL (now University Eye Center) most of my life. As far back as when I was in kindergarten 1994 and I'm 35 now and the staff may have changed and some may not longer work here but one thing has not changed. I feel that the overall quality of care I received at University Eye Center was great but, could have been better. Most everyone was professional and pleasant. My eye exam wasn't rushed and the examiner seemed helpful and considerate about my concerns. He listened patiently and answered my questions. I was nervous before and after arriving to my appointment. I felt better after meeting with the physician or eye technician.
