I’ve struggled with this specific ulta with workers being rude before, but today was different. A blond lady (I forgot her name) went above and beyond to help me today. She came up to me and asked if I needed anything and showed me the products I was looking for! She was very patient and kind. Thank you!

Went in and got my brows laminated and waxed with Darrielle. She’s amazing! I love them. Then I had a hair appt with Kathryn. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I’m so excited I’ve found my new stylists.

ULTA South County has an absolute treasure in the MAC makeup artist Siobhan! I made an appointment for makeup application bc I’m a nurse and don’t wear any and i have a son getting married and was in dire need to learn the basics! Siobhan was so patient and helpful. She totally understood how I wanted a natural look even tho I did a poor job explaining, somehow she got it! I even went back for some (a lot) of tweeting and Siobhan was even more wonderful than the first time. She was so gracious as I wrote every brush stroke down and asked more application questions.
