You can’t get thru the phone lines to place a service call , if you call before 8am and after 4pm it’s worse .Kept waiting for 25 minutes still no one has answered .Most inefficient & unprofessional elevator company in St.Louis area .I am going to write about this local office to corporate

Spent a fortune putting in "top of the line" elevators for a major new construction project. They have been broken consistently for 2 years (since the building opened). Pieces of the hardware (buttons, etc) have literally fallen off into my hands. Takes over 12 hours to get service techs out even though we are classified as critical infrastructure. Unreal! DO NOT USE!!!

This company has never performed routine maintenance or repaired items they were required to repair. They have made 9 months of false promises. They deserve 0 stars. I have never dealt with anything like this in 25 years of business. They are a great sell with NO follow through. DO NOT USE THEM .
