Very disappointing experience. Was waiting for a quote for close to 2 weeks, when I questioned where it was, the rep informed me they decided they were too far away to assist with our event but would be happy to help us with the one closer to them. No thank you! You left me hanging on my current project but want future business - distasteful at best.
