Buyers beware and be warned. When I called I described the problem, a 1-lock door lockout and asked what the rate would be. I was told "up to $120 for the most high end job." The tech arrived promptly and was polite but after some drilling he said he had to "break" my door knob to get me in, and did. I could have done that without calling a locksmith. He then charged me $120 and had me sign a receipt that I later noticed said my service was to my complete satisfaction, which it was not since he charged to dollar to break the door knob which I had to buy and replace, myself. Also the receipt was deceptive.

We had car keys locked in car trunk today. I asked for online quote from 4 places. This locksmith answered fast and with a good price. There were no hidden fees. I was asked right away if we were safe. I am guessing If the answer was no they would of came out even faster. The very nice guy came out about hour after I spoke with someone and gave our address. They take cash or card. By the time I filled out paperwork, my husband was already inside of the car. Very efficient. Very Polite. I hope that we will never need their services again, but in the case we do, we are going to stay loyal to this company. Thank you!
