I have been going here for a couple years and for the most part they have been pretty good but the last 3 visits seem as if they are just rushing to get the nails done. I have either had them chip very easily ( gel polish) or look uneven and shotty. Today 3-7-24 I came in for a mani and pedi I sit down to put my feet in the water and it was cold then he does my polish but never uses the lamp to dry them. I then get my nails done thinking my feet would be dry but I put my shoes on and they instantly are messed up. they should get 10 stars!my favorite nail place! they are so nice & make you feel like you are at home! they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. i love them & will always them!Services: Manicure

I have never been more disappointed after spending $30 to get my nails done. For starters I called to make an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes before I got into a chair. Then, the as he was doing my nails I asked to make sure it was the right color. I asked for Burgundy and there was a brown color that was next to it. Pretty sure he used the wrong color. Then, he kept pulling on my finer instead of asking me to move forward. He also did not take the tool to pull the loose skin, or do lotion.
