Had to call 15 times to actually get someone on the phone. When I did I was told the people I need to talk to, to make an appointment were at lunch. Called after the lunch break only to be told the person I needed to speak with was on break another 45 minutes. Your services might be great, but it really doesn’t matter if you can’t get ahold of someone to make the appointment. So frustrating it’s not even funny.
