Our outdoor lights went out just before the beginning of an outdoor party - an emergency. Squires responded with a last minute appointment and Nathaniel was terrific -he showed up on time, figured out what was wrong and replaced two plugs all with plenty of time to spare. And he is a very pleasant person as well. Couldn't have gone better. Thank you!
