I really liked this dentist. He's super cool, non judgemental, and extremely competent. I will return here for any future dental care. Which will be tomorrow because I skipped my follow up appointment and I should of listened to him. The front desk lady is a lil bit jaded but I don't blame her, probably deals with a lot of nonsense. Assisstants were about how I would expect, pretty nice but not over the top, and did there job proficiently. But the dentist was exceptional. I am so thankful I don't have to go back to the place on Park Ave? Because that place was horrible all around!
Went there for a front tooth that needed assistance in the form of extraction. I was told that I could do a walk-in type of an appointment and I was concerned that this would be a lengthy period of time with no guarantee that I would even have the issue addressed. I couldn't have been more surprised and I was treated with prompt and proper care by all staff that I encountered. It was the rather enjoyable experience and I can't say that has been the case for all my previous dental appointments elsewhere. Definitely would go back and I would recommend to anyone.
The staff was very friendly, the receptionist lady was doing to much talking to her coworker rather than help me check in which made me mad. Dr. Howard was very friendly and talked me through everything even tho he couldn't pull my teeth lol he referred me to a great oral surgeon whom I go see in February, I felt comfortable the whole visit. I like that I was seen immediately especially being a walk in patient, I'll definitely go back again, I gotta go back to fix some cavities and get a deep clean which will be happening soon. Overall I'm very pleased🧡
