Shanti Yoga is such a welcoming community with amazing teachers. I feel much more grounded since starting yoga again. There’s a great variety of classes and teachers. Also the new studio is beautiful!
Beautiful studio conveniently located across the street from Tower Grove Park. All the instructors are amazing and I highly recommend Dirk’s Foundation and Paul’s Vin-Yin Hot classes.
This place is so fantastic. What a loving, welcoming, kind community of people doing yoga. The workouts are great, you can pick and choose what style you want to do and it has really helped with my chronic pain. Would give 6 stars if possible.
