The morticians, staff, minister, and musician are described as courteous, professional, and compassionate, providing a hassle-free and welcoming environment. Monday November 25th my family used Serenity for my brother in law's funeral services. My husband and I were not pleased with the smell of embalming fluid that permeated from the casket and my he was crooked on the casket. Later I found out Lamont, one of the funeral directors opened the casket and sprayed the body with something before taking the body inside the church.
Later my husband found out the spring on the casket was broken the reason his body was crooked in the casket.
As far as Serenity is concerned I would not recommend them for anything other than cremation. As a family we were not pleased.
