Needed a new system, someone referred me to Scott-Lee, and their confidence was justified. The salesman came out, saw what we had, and provided a range of options, all of which would have resolved our problem. We selected the one most appropriate for our situation, set an installation date and they took it from there. The installers were professional, didn't make much of a mess, and cleaned up after themselves. Realistically, we couldn't have asked for more. When I hear of someone needing HVAC work done, I will be the one recommending Scott-Lee.
called in for basic service, an appointment was set up, with the time of day. convenient, and easy for me, the tech; always friendly and knowledgeable came out, cleaned the ac and suggested since I have to get the furnace checked for fall anyway call the office and see if can be done since they were already here. great idea, so, that is what I did, and they approved him doing the furnace as well. made my life easier in the long run
They were friendly, fast, and efficient! Our AC went out during an over 100° week, I texted them at 7:15, they were at our house by 10:30 with everything fixed by 11. Also, we didn't feel overcharged and they had great communication! Highly recommend this company!
