The stylists, including Stacy and Jera, are experienced in working with various hair types and textures, ensuring a great cut and style every time. They are particularly good with children, making the experience pleasant for them as well. Amanda provides excellent manicure and pedicure services, complete with a relaxing foot and leg massage. The salon is clean, bright, and has a comfortable atmosphere. Despite a minor mishap with a dye job, the salon was able to accommodate a last-minute appointment, demonstrating their flexibility and commitment to customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at Salon 231 with Tabitha! The environment was friendly and my results were beautiful. I needed a full blonde highlight (to cover some grey) and a cut that is stylish but low maintenance. Excellent with my blonde color, really natural results. I let my hair air dry today just to see how it would turn out, and she did a phenomenal job on the haircut because it looks great. Really happy!
Stacy our hair stylist is amazing knows what she's doing when it comes to hair and products. Great cut and style every time. All the woman there are friendly. Amanda does a great job making you feel comfortable while doing your pedicures and manicures. Love the pedicures and foot and leg massage though.
I called this salon in a pinch as I had an appointment at another salon that was cancelled. Bailey took the call and the assignment. Not everyone can work with thick, curly hair and she did great. My color was a smidge too dark for a root touch up but I was happy to get in the same day within hours of my call.
