Because it was so busy I expected to wait. I ended up making an appointment to come back later that day. Mr. Tommy was nice but talk to much for me. Its bad enough I had to wait, come back, wait again then he talking too much. Got my safety done and he let me known what I needed done to pass emissions.

The service was excellent I didn't have to wait that long and they got me In-N-Out the customer service was pleasant I would recommend a lot of people the service is still excellent just like when Mr Roy was there in the 90s they fixed my car and had me back rolling thank you number one on the north side

Yes the inside of the place doesn't look great but that doesn't matter to me when I need my car fixed. I went there for an inspection and I have been before with friends as well. Each time they were nothing but courteous and professional and if there was a wait time it was worth it. As long as they are in business that's where I will continue to go. Because of Covid you may have to make an appt but sometimes if you come when they open you may get in that day. UPDATE as I recently had them fix my transmission and had a bad experience as they replaced my transmission with a new one I bought but did not tell me the dipstick tube was damaged.
