We had been without a water heater for months and other plumbers were quoting us really expensive bills. Our tech from roto-rooter Thomas was awesome! Quoted us a decent price, explained what would be done and what the charges would be in detail, and was super pleasant to be around. We will definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes.
Dustin the plumber went right to the problem reinforced my PVC pipe and stopped the leak that I was having. He was knowledgeable and fast. And the work didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Also he was very polite.
The technician Justin was very professional and he informed me what all he was doing. He also gave me suggestions on what to do to avoid future clogs and products to use for our pipes.
