When the troubleshooting steps didn't work, he diagnosed the problem himself and sent me a solution quickly.
He's also just a really nice guy. He will be my first call next time I'm struggling.

Patrick is absolutely fantastic. He helps and readily steps forward in an emergency. I am a student and there are things that I need to submit online with a deadline, so I was in a mild panic mode when my laptop was not working as it should. Patrick stepped forward and said he would help.Another example: I needed to connect my printer to my laptop and desktop so I could print off material for my college school work. It was sooo worth the MILD pentence he charged me. I have been able to print off all of my lectures and have received A's in all of my classes.

Works out of his house but very highly knowledgeable technician about computers. Great repair prices compared to those high-priced shops you might go to that have to pay the high rent.
