The first time I did dry cleaning was February 2020 because I got a new job I need to clean all my new clothes. The owner was extremely nice and talkative and I told her about my great new job and that I’ll be seeing her more often. Well the pandemic hits and I don’t wear a dress shirt for two years. We’re starting to go back into the office more and so I dropped off my dry cleaning today. She freaking remembers me on the spot. “Oh yeah I remember you, you started that new job at Purina 2 years ago!” I’m just so floored. Shows she really cares a lot.I will be returning as often as I can. 10/10

I've gotten dry-cleaning done at Nu-Look for years. They have always been friendly and as accommodating as possible. Recently, I made 2 trips in to get choir robes and stoles cleaned. The care and understanding of my time crunch for the garments was more than appreciated!!

Nu-Look is the best! My clothes always come back in perfect condition and the staff (particularly owner, Diane) couldn’t be friendlier. It’s also super affordable and the turn-around time is really quick. I love supporting this family-owned local business and you should too—they do such a great job!
