I have known Andy Bell for years and have several tattoos from him. It’s not just having someone draw on you, it’s the experience. It’s the conversation. I met four other tattoo artists that work for never fade and Every one of them are very nice and very cool. I highly recommend this shop and I highly recommend Andy Bell.
