Josh was fantastic. I showed him all the water spots we were seeing, he took lots of pictures, then thoroughly checked my roof. Another company that came out told us we needed a whole new roof despite the roof only being 8 years old, but he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it same day. I would absolutely recommend working with MLK, they’re honest, thorough, and easy to work with.

Excellent roof replacement done by a very professional staff. ALL debris was cleared. NO nails left in yard or alleyway, which was not the case with other contractors. Very reasonable price for excellent workmanship. We recommend this company to all neighbors and friends.

MLK was very responsive to our needs. They provided tuckpointing, carpentry and painting repairs on our 136 yo home. The crews were professional and skilled. I highly recommend you call them first.
