We hired Mizzell to do replace some door framing and make deck repairs. After I made a deposit, they crew showed up within days of the promised arrival time. When more damage was discovered, I was informed and the material costs were adjusted. Once on site, the crew worked on consecutive days to complete the repairs. After the foreman called to check on the finished work, I told him about two minor finishing details that were addressed and completed to my satisfaction within days. We used Mizzell for two projects - replacing a small deck and installing 3 large atrium windows. *** and his crew did an excellent job on both. They were efficient and knowledgeable on both. They were respectful of our property and professional. Did excellent clean up. Very easy to work with and ***** at the office was good at communicating with us on weather issues and kept us up to date on schedules. I would certainly use Mizzell again if another project came up.
