Missouri Baptist Medical Center

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a full-service hospital that offers various medical and surgical services, including heart, cancer, women and infant’s, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has 24-hour emergency departments for adults and pediatric patients. One patient had an unplanned cesarian and their baby was taken to the NICU. They expressed their gratitude towards the nurses who exceeded expectations, were beyond kind, and provided numerous follow-up calls after discharge. Another patient's mother underwent knee replacement surgery, and the nurses, techs, and therapists were described as wonderful, attentive, nurturing, kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. The staff made a tough experience more bearable. A third patient arrived at the hospital with chest pain and was seen by a doctor within minutes. The hospital was praised for its thoroughness, excellent communication, and awesome nurses on the cardiac section. The patient's anniversary was considered, and they were discharged on the same day. Overall, Missouri Baptist Medical Center is highly recommended for its exceptional care, attentive and kind staff, and thorough medical services.
