Matt replaced my water heater, PRV, and garbage disposal, all day was quoted on time, showed up at 7:30 and was done by 10:30, great work, friendly professionals and a competitive price. Merlo does what they say, and do not try to upsell!
My husband has Alzheimer’s and flushed hand towels in two of our bathrooms. We took a chance and called this service.Our tech was veryprofessional and understanding. He fixed everything and his charge was very reasonable. Merlo is definitely our go-to plumber now. Highly recommend.
Always professional, prompt, and get the job done right. When you call they are polite and professional, when you schedule a job they show up on time, and the plumbers that come out are top of the line. They will answer questions, and even offer solutions that my questions didn't address. I have worked with other companies that were not bad, at all, but Merlo goes above and beyond.
