Everyone that I encountered from Mattco Electrical Services was incredible. From the ladies in the office, to the electricians. I wish I had saved myself the time and called them first! I feel much safer in my home knowing the issues I had were resolved. They were quick and professional and I will be calling them for any future needs.

Only receiving an estimate, the technician was a pleasure to work with. He was invested and gave me ever chance to explain what I needed. Also, offering up alternatives to my problem, which was informative and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. Professional, clean, and all-around great service.

Half of a transformer went out (yes, half), causing every other circuit in the house to go out. Since they all didn't go out, I assumed I had a serious internal electrical problem. A service man came out immediately--6pm at night. Company coming the next day, so I couldn't really wait. He was able to identify the problem in minutes. Said that over the last 15(?) years he had seen that maybe 10 times. Called Ameren and they fixed the problem before daybreak.
