They do not tell you in the beginning that you will need to pay to reactivate your account. Brittany the assistant manager was very rude with an attitude while explaining the situation. This information should be told to the customer when the ask to freeze the account in the first place! And if it's not, all the attitude is unnecessary, esp from an assistant manager.

The 60 minutes massage is actually a 50 minutes massage and the 90 minute massage is actually 75 minutes. Today I got really frustrated about it and cancelled my membership. I felt scammed. I see a massage therapist (Kelly) at Indigo Massage who is wonderful and she honors the time I pay for (price is the same I pay at Massage Lux as a member). It is inconvenient for me to drive to Indigo because it is a 20 minutes drive for me, so I decided to try Massage Lux. However, after a few massage sessions at Massage Lux, I realized that it is worth driving further to see Kelly at Indigo and get my 60 or 90 minutes of hands on massage for the same price.
