First I feel like I got ripped off. Most places you go. A gel pedicure is $40, nail soak off $10 and basic manicure $15. My total should have been $65 tell me when I’m almost done she says $93 I look at her in disbelief and she says okay I take off massage and brought it down to $84. Excuse me. A full fresh set and gel manicure I could’ve got for $93 .. in California. Why are stl prices much higher than Cali? I am visiting St. Louis and needed a manicure. Shopping at DSW and Dierbergs (local grocers). Le Nails was there and it looked clean. 1st clue no mask (what was I thinking), I should have only gotten manicure or not gone there. 2nd before I noticed the unsanitary tools, I allowed the technician to convince me I needed a pedicure also. That is when I realized the tools used on my toes were the same items used on every client(customer)??. When I asked, if the utensils were sterile, the young lady suddenly seemed confused and needed an interpreter. My toes and nails look great, but I have never had the same rotating file used for nails on the bottom of my feet and not very... read full review

I have been here a few times. On one occasion, my manicure was done so well, and I was very impressed! They lasted three weeks and were beautiful. I came back last week for a fill, and Donna helped me. She was very nice, but my cuticles are still scabbed eight days later. She also pushed my thumb nails away from the skin, and it is still very irritated and has a painful pocket where the nail is lifted from the skin. I asked her to shorten the nails but keep the shape, and the shape is very inconsistent from nail to nail. There are air bubbles in the gel polish, and one nail chipped the day after having them done. The color is also inconsistent and probably could have... read full review
