I used this company in 2021 while my husband recovered from surgery. After 3 cuts I quit using them (before the 4th of July). Fast forward to last week, and I get an email that they are restarting my service - even though I never ordered it. I immediately replied not to send anyone. Two days later a young man cut my grass without my permission. He actually was quite polite and apologized. I called their office to complain and was assured there would be no charge. I've been using LawnStarter for about two years and enjoy the versatility in service. I have regular mowing scheduled, and occasionally book additional services such as shrub trimming, leaf removal, or clearing out areas of overgrowth in my back alley.
