After our catalytic converter was stolen from our car on Christmas Eve, Kunkel’s was the first place we called. After speaking with Bob, the owner, we decided we wouldn’t be calling anywhere else. Bob is a national treasure. Bob and Robert kept us in the loop from start to finish, explained everything thoroughly, and were very kind and empathetic.
