Wish I could give ZERO stars! And I see other people have commented how they "don't pay". That's where I'm at. Provided a service, told them the service fee amount up front, now they refuse to pay and the owner tells me I'll "lose in court if I try to turn it over for collection". Very unprofessional.....very rude! Go somewhere else!!

Worked as a subcontractor or foreman as he told his customers. I guess so he could get away without paying. Im having to put a lien on his customers house just to get paid. Good luck everyone please do your research first.

Klein Developments has always been dependable when referring jobs tothem. They have also done work on my home and would refer them to anyone.Good craftsmanship.
