I cannot thank Dr. Amanda Gruber and team at the St Louis Cat Clinic enough for the exceptional care they provided to my sick cat Moe. From the moment we walked into the clinic, their expertise and compassion were evident. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined my cat, and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Gruber showed genuine care and went above and beyond to ensure the well-being of my sweet angel boy, Moses. Not only did they provide excellent medical care, but they also showed great empathy and patience. They answered all of my questions with utmost professionalism and never made me feel rushed. It was evident that they truly love animals and are dedicated to their work. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued client. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a compassionate and skilled veterinarian for their cat. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I am forever grateful for their exceptional care.
These people are the best. They truly care about cats and understand the owners concerns. We have taken many of our cats there over the years, but we had to let one go the other day, and Cat Clinic people helped us diagnose the situation and walked us through our options. Amazing amazingly understanding of our feeling and did EVERYTHING imaginable to help us and our cat deal with this tragic situation. No one is better.
Why go to a cat clinic? They just take cats. This is supposedly less stressful for cats... Except my cat bates other cats and loves dogs. I should take him to a dog clinic. In all seriousness, I stopped going to the cat clinic after I received a bill that was $200 off from the quote for dental work and 2 growth biopsies (he's fine, thanks for asking). It was $200 off because they forgot to put the lab work, which I had said I wanted, on the quote. Their mistake (not that they admitted it), but my problem. They told me it was up to me whether I wanted the lab work done. I might have let him keep the growths had I known I'd owe what I ended up paying. Very disappointing and the last time I went there. Take your cats to the vet at the Humane Society if you want accurate quotes.
