Laurie is such a kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable professional who helped me tremendously from picking the right material with beautiful color matching to supporting me all the way throughout the installation process. I can’t thank her enough! The installer Eresmo was very detail oriented, he delivered high quality work. He was very patient even when facing the issue due to my mistake. Cory installed the baseboards for me and I was so impressed by his precision, every corner is seamless and perfect! What a great company to work with! We contracted with Key Carpet for our carpet project and we are very pleased with the service from sales to install to the selection and quality of products - all fantastic! This company has a unique business model where they bring the showroom conveniently to your home with no high pressure sales pitches. Our sales rep Chris was very knowledgeable about carpet brands, quality and what will work best for the traffic area. The price for product and install was unbeatable!
