I had them come to my office to give me a bid on deep cleaning my floors. I receive their bid with pretty much on information on it. So I emailed them with questions. they responded withafter reviewing the pictures and seeing the current conditions the floors are in, respectfully Jani-King will have to decline this work. "So why would you give me a bid and price and then back out? And when I asked them why, they did not respond. Too much time wasted with this company, move on.

In all of my years dealing with this company, I have never been treated with such disgust! I called company back 2 weeks after I was told to do so. No problem, the young lady I spoke to was very kind and respectful and had great customer service skills. That's part of the reason I wanted to do business with them. Well, today I did what was asked by calling back 2 weeks later specifically the first week in April. Cleaning crew stole from our business. This is caught on tape and turned over the police. Even though they accept this, they only want to pay for losses, but expect us to continue with our contract or pay it out. Now we have to begin the legal battle. Crazy to even have to do that when a theft should be an immediate dismissal of contract! Find someone with more ethics and professionalism. You will be glad you did!
