VERY IMPRESSED! I called first thing in the morning and even though they didn't answer the phone, they called me within the hour. I was told they would have someone out by the next day at lunch but they had some time freed up and even offered to come out early if I was available. The communication was fantastic. They kept me updated with semi-regular text messages. The plumber and his apprentice were extremely respectful and you could tell he was knowledgeable. It seemed like he really enjoyed his job and helping customers. The billing process was simple and transparent, and their rates are very reasonable - I'd say about average. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about JR Plumbing. We have never had trouble getting an appointment; they are prompt; and they go above and beyond to make sure the problem is taken care of. We have had a myriad of issues over the years (ranging from sewer lateral repair to toilet replacements to leaky faucets), and they have been excellent to work with. We will continue to be loyal customers, and I cannot recommend them enough to everyone else.Services: Toilet installation
