I had the best experience with Bart Inman Air Conditioning and Heat. Bart Inman gave me a extremely competitive bid proposal that was lower then a company that I have been dealing with for the past 20+ years. After signing the e-mail contract, they set up installation a day later. I had two extremely professional and polite installers Darrion and Brad. They walked me through the new equipment upon completing the installation. They also assisted and double checked another Air conditioning unit that I have to make sure that the refrigerant was at the correct level without any additional fee. I highly recommend Bart Inman Air Conditioning and Heat.
Very recently our HVAC system died (though it did have a long and productive life). We had heard the corny Bart Inman commercials but had also heard Bart being interviewed on a local media platform and appreciated his attitude and business acumen. He seemed to genuinely care about providing proper service to his customers and demonstrated detailed knowledge about the world of HVAC. SO we gave Inman Air a call. From our initial meeting with Inman Rep Matt, to the pleasant nature of the lady who called to schedule our installation, all the way through to the completion of the installation by Darrion, our experience was nothing but pleasurable. We can’t say how much we appreciate Inman Air! We had a new HVAC system installed today and the whole process was so easy! Everyone from the front office taking our calls, the technician, Chris, who walked us through everything he was doing to the installers who were here today were kind and helpful! Thank you so much for everything!
