Russ was here today to fix a sudden problem with my air conditioner. It’s only 96 degrees but Russ ran up and down stairs to the roof several times. Figured out the problem. Explained it thoroughly and professionally. He also discussed the charges to make sure I understood the costs. Total pro. He’s the gold standard

We have had a wonderful experience with Indoor Comfort Team. Above all else, they stand behind their products and have great customer service. Our most recent technician, Russ, did a fantastic, thorough job He went a step further to educate us on actions to take to allow our units to continue running as well as they can for as long as they can!

We lost our electric today for a couple of hours and once it was restored, the A/C didn’t power up. It’s only two months old and a bit hi-tech. We called Indoor Comfort Team and Murph walked us thru the reboot but it still didn’t start. They dispatched a technician and he arrived pretty quickly. We were super happy to see it was John M. He has been our regular technician so he was familiar with us, our particular system and our pain in the butt puppy. It was a fairly easy fix. So glad we went with Indoor Comfort Team when we got our new system. They are awesome.
