Liz was amazing in our time of need. We were transporting my father for burial in the St. Louis area from Colorado. The funeral home here in Colorado was a clown show. But Liz brought immediate stability and compassion. She was on top of every issue. She and her compatriots were knowledgeable and responsive to every issue. She anticipated our needs and solved them before we thought of them. It was such a calming, peaceful impact on my mother and family to have Liz and Hoffmeister take charge and ensure a solemn, meaningful service for Dad. We had used Hoffmeister 30 years ago for my grandmother. Glad we were able to use them again for Dad.
My family was warmly greeted at Hoffmeister. Gwen was extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. The graveside service was perfect. Highly recommend Hoffmeister for efficient and sensitive service at a sad time.
My family has used Hoffmeister mortuary since my father died at Christmas of 1963. They offered my mother extraordinary compassion and assistance then; and we have found that even though the industry has changed considerably, the people have not. Hoffmeister will be a good choice to care for your family at the worst of times. If you are reading this, you have my condolences!
