We worked with several different employees over the course of 2 days, all of whom were very knowledgeable and helpful. Before they arrived, we received notifications with their pictures and names so we knew who to expect. Had our new unit installed within 24 hours. Did not feel like we were being pressured. We would work with them again (but hopefully won't need to)! Jim, Nick, Robbie all great to work with.
Purchased a new Furnace and A/C from Harster about 2 years ago. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. Have had to call them for service once since then, and they were out here the same day. They were great, they explained everything they were doing and cleaned up when they were done. Again, fast, friendly, and affordable. Definitely recommend.Update: Purchased a new house that also needed a new HVAC. Harster was able to come in and custom design a system with dampers that was able to keep the upstairs cool with a high efficiency system. Great service, wonderful product.
I would like to thank Ryan for his superb attention to detail with an expedited solution for three failing HVAC units within my home. Ryan consistently provided support and information until the project was completed and followed up to ensure the installation was to my satisfaction.
