“We had Happy Roof did a complete rebuilt of our roof in Soulard, taken down to the wood and new flashings everywhere, new underlayment, 3 new velux skylights, new architectural shingles and new metal copings on the parapet walls. From the initial visit to the end of the project everything was on time, the roofing crew was all hispanic and worked very long hours to get it done, the coping crew (not hispanic) did a great job too. It was not cheap but for the scope of our project we think we had good value. We used to dread heavy rains and now we cant wait for the next one to test our new roof.“
