Golden Age Restoration built a addition to my home. The job was sub-contracted out to another company in Illinois, who in turn, jobs it out to a freelancer. Only one person building the structure. No oversight. We are now finding that the siding was installed not to level and the J channel was not installed correctly. This all created a leak and a rotted subfloor. Now it a $11,000 bill for me. They will get away with whatever they can. The structure was left unfinished, so I had to spend my time doing it. Stay away from this contractor. There are too many good ones out there that have real skills. This is an amateur operation.
