I drove at night and got a lot of bugs on the front bumper. I went through the car wash and got the $15 premium wash and while it removed some, I don't think it removed even half of them. The next day I went to a different car wash, paid less, and drove out with a much cleaner car.

Bought an undercarriage wash because it is an essential for car maintenance. Waited until after the roads were salted to use. Reasonably sure that the wash here is not equipped to clean under the car. Of course, no way to know that until after!

Carwash didn't clean my truck good..$15 wash hardly had any soap in the wash...Wash had the wheel cleaner in the package I purchased...Not good at all....wash left soap on the running boards of my truck, but not a good wash for the money...very disappointing to me...Not again !!
