They are professional from step one to finish....Paul is so easy to deal with in terms of setting up installation, .....and Todd is an expert at installing. He is a master at his craft....I would recommend this company to anyone who wants new flooring, they are skilled (no shortcuts) and trustworthy. Total quality.

Floor Coverings International is hands down amazing! When you set an appointment, they come at the time given and socially distanced wearing ppe (which for anyone concerned about indoor projects I hope this puts your mind at ease). They are very respectful of your time, give you NUMEROUS options so many options which I greatly appreciated as I started to describe what I was looking for and then what I could afford to meet my needs. All documents were electronic and all forms of payment were accepted which helped with budgeting. I ordered my carpets and from time of order to install was around 3-4 weeks... super quick!
